Our Construction Administration Team will be here to assist you with the process of building your new home until completion. Provident State Bank is partnered with Built, an innovative technology platform focused on the construction monitoring process. Once your construction loan has settled, a welcome email and onboarding guide will be sent to you on the Built Platform.
Borrowers and Builders will have access to the project once registered in the Platform. In Built, the builder and or borrower can request draw inspections. You will be able to view live up to date progress on your project. Check out the below links to access the Built welcome letters that give a great overview of the Built Platform.
